Insurance: With regard to practice as a US attorney (Florida & Ohio) and Florida International Notary, the firm Kevin Michael Burke, Attorney & Notary is not subject to a requirement by the Florida Bar, the Ohio Supreme Court, or the Florida secretary of State to hold any professional liability insurance, but does maintain such professional indemnity insurance in an amount of $500,000. With regard to practice as an English Notary Public, that insurance is with Brit Insurance Limited of 55 Bishopsgate London EC2N 3AS, and such insurance provides £750,000 cover for our English notary public services worldwide excluding claims brought in the USA and Canada.
