We are knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the U.S. legal issues of British, Irish and European clients and U.S. clients resident outside the U.S.
If you are a solicitor or notary in the U.K. and have been handling a matter for a client and it appears that there is a U.S. element you may wish to refer such work to a firm in the U.K. You will note that we do not practise English law save in relation to notary matters.
If you are an American attorney, it may be that both our firms practise the same area of U.S. law but that a referral of a matter or part of a matter to us is appropriate given your client's location in the United Kingdom.
